BELLEFONTAINE TEMPLE ASSOCIATION MASONIC CENTER RENTAL PLAN
1) Large dining room = $150.00 per one day event
2) Small dining room = $100.00 per one day event
3) Both rooms can be rented for $225.00 per one day event
4) Extra day or evening for set up ahead of time, if desired = $60.00 added to the above charge
5) A janitorial fee of $45.00 to be paid directly to the janitor is required for an event rental
6) Kitchen: Casual use of the kitchen is included in the above rates. If client wishes to prepare a meal, an additional charge will be negotiated to cover energy and usage charges. If desired, the Association will provide the name of a caterer that is willing to provide that service. Client can use it's own caterer.
SECTION 2: RULES
- No alcoholic beverages of any kind shall be permitted on Masonic property, or be served or consumed at any time in the Masonic Center or the parking lot.
- No gambling or games of chance are permitted on Masonic property. The Lodge Room and the upstairs area are NOT to be used unless previously approved by the Masonic Center Board.
- All rental requests shall be presented to the Masonic Center Board for Approval, preferable at least 2 weeks prior to the event. These requests can be made through any Member of the Masonic Center Board.
- No outside property, props, or other equipment may be brought in without approval of the Masonic Board. No Masonic property shall be removed from the Center.
- Energy conservation shall be practiced at all times.
- All facilities will be left in a clean and orderly manner when the event is over.
- Any questions not covered by these rules shall be directed to the Chairperson of the Masonic Center Board.
GENERAL NOTES
Facilities are available for long-term use or a regular, repeating event and the rates can be negotiated with the board.
